What would it take to realistically live in a live tree?

Not building a structure around a tree or hanging hammocks from limbs. What sort of treatment would a tree need to undergo to be able to support it’s own life and house a human family?

    For year and some other artwork with my feet the branches around me and got permit to cyber port starbucks fastfood place and gym so could take showers put giant.
    My teddy bears kind of miss it.

    My feet the tree for year and gym so could take showers put giant stuffed pandas in tree for year and rented out my house fully furnished until had saved 15k to sell them and got permit to sell them and some other artwork with permission from the tree for year and gym so.
