Well, without seeing it, this would be tough IF your wife doesn’t remember;) Could you go back to the store and check out another one? IF not, I would check and see if they have a website with one pictured on it, and maybe you can figure it out by that, or contact them and have them send you instructions. If all else fails~You might also look for one on eBay, and see if you can figure it out by the picture on there:)
