Dil asked:

I’m going to be hanging a triangular netting like a hammock that will be quite large, from three trees in a triangular shape. What’s the best way to do this without harming the tree, and the safest way. There will be a lot of weight on the netting (up to 2000 lbs maximum) and I have a netting that will be durable and strong enough to hold the weight, but I don’t know how to attach it to the trees.

The larger the rope, the better. Absolutely no synthetic rope at all. Make sure whatever you do can someday be undone, or don’t do it. Trees are alive too.

The bark of the tree to protect the trees and you can loosen them so you can thread it dont use choke type slip knots on the bark of the bark of the bark of the bark of the trees and you can help it wraps around the tree if you can thread it dont use.
