MontrealJulia asked:

I have a balcony off my bedroom, and there are brick walls on two of the sides. I’d like to suspend a hammock between the two - is this possible? I feel like the brick wouldn’t take the weight, especially of a two-person hammock.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Eddie

Hammock if it is not facade fake brick if so no problem just use masonry drill and lag bolt eyelet and expansion eyelet and expansion eyelet to.
Hammock if it is true brick if so no problem just find the hammock if it is true brick wall just find the studs using stud finder and lag bolt eyelet to the structure low as possible and expansion eyelet and hang the hammock if it is true.

Why not get a pipe frame that is free standing? This is very common here in California. This is a pipe frame that looks like two pipes with a loop on each end that curve upward to support the hammock. Good Luck
